Neither the speed nor the coneverage will not increase. The speed & coverage will depend on what type of router you have. What is the difference if you have 2 antennas in almost the same location and 1 antenna in one location? do you think the 2 antennas will increase the coverage? of course not maybe it will just increase the reception but not the coverage nor the speed.

In a word, no. You might be able to access the router from further away, but the speed will not be affected by the antennas

No. Having two atennas will increase the distance and coverage of your router, not increase the speed. To increase the speed, you would need to have a faster bandwidth router, eg. G or N, and a corresponding card for it. even though there is backwards compatibility with some routers (B/G) , having matching speeds for the newest is the only way to make it faster.

NO. With the 2 antennas all you increase is the reception distance and less problems with signal loss, it does not effect your speed. You need to get a faster router and tweak WinXP registry to get the max speed.

NO ... it all depends on the speed of your ISP. Think of it like a bath, no matter how many taps you have, the same amount of water is fed into the house by the mains. Thus the speed of your external connection determines how much comes into the house, and subsequently your modem.

No, you just have better reception on the router for wireless connections.
