LOL where i live it does,the funny thing is i seriosly put a bag of hersheys kisses on a layaway since they were out!ah man the look on the cashiers face was priceless!

no--they don't have room in the back to store everything; complete chaos in storage; and many people end up not paying, so then the item isn't sold and has to be reduced. they lose money.
