If it makes you feel weird to call an adult by their first name, the best thing to do is to ask her what she'd like you to call her. Be respectful: "I want us to get off on the right foot. You're not my mom, so I can't call you 'mom.' What would you like me to call you." Women understand family relationships, and she'll like it that you want to treat her with respect and defer to her judgment.
Good luck.

Try calling her by her first name and see what happens. If she doesn't like that, I can't think of anything you can call her until the marriage actually happens.

Call her by her first name. Or ask her what she expects you to call her. Or ask your father what you should call her.

My step children call me by my first name. Maybe you should ask her what she would like to be called? My grandchildren call their step mother "Honey".
