Oh gosh, Jay-Z. He is not the best rapper in the world, he isnt even all that great, but he is a better rapper than Eminem in my opinion. Eminem just talks about stupid things that dont even make sense. Yes, he does make some deep songs, but Jay-z; all of his songs are about something. They have a purpose about them. I know that everyone makes little crazy songs or party songs, but Yea Jay-z is better, and thats that on that. â¥

i don't judge ppl or hate on people on color looks or any thing so i say both because jay-z not ugly eminem not either so those are my thoughts not yours lol but i think they a tie but i think you shouldn't judge boys even though your a boy but neither one of them r the best rappers in the world Lil' Wayne and Juelz
santana is. but ppl say jay-z is a good rapper and he is and eminem is to so that all i am just sayin though.

Jay-Z! If You've never witnessed him free-styling or making up lyrics for his albums without writing them down, you're missing a treat. Beides he's a slightly better business man and has been in the game for a little longer, so he's very wise. Did I mention his girl is Beyonce?
