The very same thing happened to me. I was married to someone I believed loved me until he filed for divorce papers the day after his green card came in the mail.
You should leave him now and, in addition, you should notify immigration that he attempted to scam the system through a fake marriage and by convincing you to unknowingly enter into this marriage. They will deport him so fast that his head will spin and that is what he deserves.
I know you may this may seem mean but you have a duty to protect other American women from men like him.

You need to divorce him and send him packing back to his country.
I'm sorry that this happened to you, but you do not need to be a doormat. You deserve better and why reward this creep for taking you for a ride and wasting your time like this?
He took advantage of your emotions, now it is time to let him know that he will not get away with it. Make him pay and then send his sorry self back to where ever he came from.

Well, I'm not one for taking a guy "to the cleaners" but however... With this guy.... I would take him to court and get every little dime i could out of that jerk! I would make him so sorry for using ME to get immigration papers.

I suggest you divorce him now before the Feds find out that you married him so he could stay in this country and they put your butt in jail.

I find it hard to believe that you didn't suspect anything from a foreigner who wants to become a citizen before now!
