If she is a long-time friend, perhaps you need to do what they did in the movie "What About Bob?" and take a vacation..... spend some time apart. If you value the friendship. Be kind when you explain to her that her behaviour (whatever it is-- you might like to name it in a calm and friendly way). Good friendships will weather these confrontations.
If she is abusive, perhaps she isn't a friend.
Learn to be more assertive. The best method I know for removing fears around expressing myself has been the energy therapy known as Emotional Freedom Techniques. You can learn quickly and easily a method to bring your anxiety level down and recover your "voice" so that you can clearly tell your friend when she is violating your boundaries or when her behaviour is not serving either of you.... or perhaps you are being "triggered" and it really isn't about her at all. In either case, download the free "Get Started Package" at http://tinyurl.com/yh5zhu
All the best!

You can still be friends with her....but just put some distance between you.
A relationship doesn't have to stay the same....it can change as the people in the relationship change.

No idea. But life is too short to spend your time being aggravated. If there's hope, talk to her. Be honest, not angry. If there's no hope, move on.

She doesn't sound like a friend, so why are you pretending that she is? Spend your time with someone who is a friend.
