Three trillion dollars ? That would be ways more than the combined Iraqi GNP over all the years Saddam ruled the country.So this number is certainly very very very much exaggerated.
There isn't any money from Saddam on Swiss bank accounts. His fortune in Switzerland was confiscated by the Swiss government and transferred to the Iraqi development found.

Those rumours were from the same people who talked about WMDs. And the truth in it is same. Saddam never looted his country or people. Even when he was captured, he did not have any millions.
