I found everything like the boss's key and the hookshot, I am currently in the cental room with the stairs that can move. I need to know how to get to the boss' room that is on level B2. Please help!!!!!

Look around, there are some places you can use the hookshot that dont have the levers ( like the ones you uuse to move the stairs ) if you have activated the water pumps, when you pull those with the hookshot and get it to the right spot the little music will play. If the pumps are working, the water level will be high enough for you to reach the boss door in the middle of the room. If the water is too low, then you are missing something.

You have to get the water level in the room high enough (by using the clawshot medallions and the resevoirs on the fifth[?] floors) to get to the boss room. The door leading to it is actually on the pillar in the middle of the room.
