How can you say that both of them need to sing when neither of them is a singer. Both are rappers. I personally think that Jay-Z was better than Lill Wayne before he retired. Lil Wayne looked up to him..."Best rapper alive since the best rapper retired" Well, right about now, Lil Wayne is better. He has stepped up his rapping skills and made himself into a better rapper. Jay-z on the other hand, was good, but not that has has come back out of retirement, he is not as good as he use to be and Lil Wayne is better.

I can't believe someone seriously asked this question. Lil' Wayne sucks. Period, point blank. He is no way as good of an MC as Jay-Z and once this Bulls*** southern movement is over with, Lil Wayne will be a forgotten soul and people will still be asking whose the best MC: Biggie, Nas, 2Pac, or Jay-Z! The legends!!
