THECOMPACT DO's and DON'Ts?

i recently joined thecompact and am really interested in helpig...but since im new..im not really sure where to begin. I looked on the website but there arent any DO's and DON'Ts and just basically what not to do and what to do. Anyone out there who knows could maybe help? THANKS
