(anti vermins) How to stop the POP UP's!!!?

Question

i already knew about the antivermins so i never downloaded them but i always get the pop ups and they wont leave me alone how do i stop them. Please help me

i dont mean internet popups on the bottom right of my computer it always says i have viruses and that i should download their software but ive done research and i foundout its wrong to download them but nothing tells me how to stop them it says (Security Alert: Spyware found)

This is what the hole warning says

I think you have a lot of problems. Better you adopt a system restore operation. It is safe and the problems can be rectified. You have to carefully select the date of restore. If it is on websites, you can have IE stop the pop ups. Some virus softwares do also.. If it happens even when you are not on the web, you may have unknowningly gotten a malware program on your computer. In that case, you have to get a spy/malware remover. You might try house call by trend micro; just search for house call on yahoo search.

When the pop ups come up, write down the url from the address bar, and also the name of the pages on the title bar of each window. From there, I can recommend what program you need to get rid of them. Sometimes, it's a quick fix that doesn't require a program.

This is installed by a Smitfraud Trojan. The SmitFraud must be removed. This Bleeping Computer site has the instruction for removing it.

run spyware removal tool
download Internet Explorer 7 from microsoft and turn on pop up blocker

if you got the all of the neccesory programs for viruses and spy weare, turn off your computer and turn it on from SAFE MODE.
Then run all the anti virus spy programs.. once they finished, run clean disk and disk defragmenter... when all these finished restart your computer in normal mode.

Use spybot seek and destroy. Its free, just google it and download it. I just used it on my computer which had so many popups it would lock the computer up. Spybot fixed it perfectly!
