When anyone who has ever seen an ad for tampons can tell its a jolly well cracking experience?
Just another example of women complaining for the sake of it?

Alright, I wasn't going to screw up my whole percentage thing by answering this question, but I can't help it. I am one of the "lucky" woman who gets "the bad period" heavy lots of pain etc. etc. Anyway, I noticed most of the people who replied to this seem really offended and I don't see why. Granted the guy who posted this is an *** if he really does believe that periods are sunshine and lollipops, but I honestly took his question as a joke. I mean come on ladies take time to laugh at yourselves! You all know damn well that most the commercials you see for pads, tampons, Midol etc. make our womanly issues seem much happier than they are. And I just noticed that "Always",(for you guys out there this is a brand of pad), has a new logo which appears on their packages and pads "have a happy period". Can there really be such a thing? And why do I have to see those words everytime I use a pad?
Anyway the point is, don't be so uptight about it if you and your girlfriends were sitting around gabbing together and someone brought up how pad commercials make you periods seem overly cheery you'd be laughing. LADIES LETS ALL LEARN TO LAUGH! EVEN WHEN WE FEEL LIKE ARE INSIDES ARE ALL BLEEDING OUT!
PS- If the guy who posted this really is an ignorant bastard and thinks periods are comfy than I take all the nice things I said about him back and pray that in his next life he comes back as a woman with endometriosis like me! But as I stated I have just enough faith in the male kind to think he can't be that dumb! Then again I am talking about a man here ..ha ha
Oh yes, and one last comment....In the HIGHLY LIKELY event that this question was posted just to aggravate us women and see how many feathers could be ruffled all of you girls calling names and getting upset about this are only giving this guy what he wants. Why would you want to do that?

I can't believe you'd dare to ask this question, your either brave or stupid.......and when it comes to illness and pain it's men that came mountains out of mole hills claiming they are dying if they have a cold!!!! The AD is an AD they are trying to sell a product and it certainly isn't the product you use that determines how much pain you are in. Just imagine for one moment how it feels to have part of your insides crumbling away from your body and coming out of you doesn't sound like a pleasurable experience does it????

I'm dying to know what a "jolly well cracking experience" is. The ads for tampons are subtle for a reason - no woman wants to be reminded every day about a period.

Ho-ho-ho Young Ugs. Women complain about periods like they complain about childbirth - and then they go ahead and have those experiences anyway! Duhhhhhh! Yeah, it's nasty so how about NOT doing it?
For all you girls suffering in the 'Sisterhood of Sufferance' out there, may I recommend the Depo injection. Cures both the above ills. No periods and no chance of getting pregnant, which equals a fine and dandy life.

Some womens periods are painful, most women get some cramp and lower back ache. Their body changes temperature slightly so it's harder to sleep. It's messy and smelly, and marks your clothes. Not a nice experience being a young girl (or any age really) going to the lav and seeing blood all over your knickers...or down the lav

some women have it worse than others, but it isnt just an excuse. some women have such heavy bleading and cramping that they cannot move for days, others like myself have it very easy with minimal bleading and not pain. the other part of this to consider is emotions, periods are no fun. a woman is in no control of her emotions during this stage of the menstral cycle and things can become bigger than they really are. just relax and be supportive it only lasts a few days! good luck

Just if you will for a moment imagine menstrual blood leaking out of your genitalia for 5 days out of the month, every month not to mention the cramping, headaches and all round discomfort and then ask yourself if you wouldn't complain. and if you believe everything that you see on television then you must be as childish and immature as the question that you are asking suggests

You are quite obviously out to wind people up on here tonight. You really ought to grow up and get a life sweetie, are you even old enough to be on here, I would say judging by your stupid childish questions that you are probably about 12 years old, or even younger, but just supposing you are old enough to be on here at this time of the day, why don't you go to bed you A******e
