I need them for an art project. I want to sharpie a midnight sky all over them, and I am too cheap to buy 40 dollar shoes and then put sharpie on them. I am willing to spend 20 dollars or under.

You can find a pair in the men's section at Wal Mart for about 5 to 7 dollars. They are white with navy blue trim.
