Yes, you do all the major systems. The circulatory, skeletal, digestive, some nervous, musculoskeletal, and reproductive system.

Well, Actually, there wasn't a 7th grade biology course for me. I learned about the reproductive systems in 5th grade.

In 7th grade Bio I learned about Puberty = Human Reproductive system. I had to learn and label different parts of a males reproductive organ and a females reproductive organ but i forgot it all. We even did a lil bit of meiosis/mitosis i think. but just a taste.
