Unfortunately for you this is extremely difficult. People searches will not help you if a person is under 18 in most areas and under 21 in some places. I went through this looking for someone and it was really hard. It is much easier to find the person's parents or other relative with the info you need. But if you have any info whatsoever you can try various things like: aol instant messenger, yahoo, etc. Google them. Google image search them. Try looking them up thru nicknames if you know them. Try to find your relative's friends if you know them. Also try the phone if you know last name and city...you can find white pages online...call every single one of them. Another way that might help but is a longshot...look up schools in your relatives town...look thru yearbooks or whatever they show online. You could try classmates.com. If you go with a paid service to find the parents of your relative i suggest Intelius or 1-800-US-Search...both have worked for me. But try all the free searches first because they often have the same info. I got a number once for an apartment building where my relative used to live...i just looked up neighbors numbers on reverse lookup and asked if they knew either my relative or his mom. anyways...I hope some of this has helped. It can really be alot of work but you might get lucky.
