A BJ is when you use your mouth to stimulate your partner's penis. There isn't usually any blowing involved, but lots of sucking and licking like with a popsicle.
Spooning is when you lie on your side with your butt snuggled up to your partner's crotch. There can be sex invovled, but it can just be snuggling.
