See a doctor to find out why you have that pain, take Ibuprofen about a 1/2 hour before practice starts and then ice your knees for about 20 minutes afterwards. Good Luck!

First you need to see a doctor to see what is causing this kind of pain. An orthopedic doctor would the best one to see what is going on. You should ice them and you can put something on them for now like bengay, bio freeze, or topical analgesic like that, until you see the doctor.

You really need to see what is causing that much pain. If you have some sort of injury and you keep doing that, you will make them worse and you will not be able to play at all. See what it is first then your doctor will prescribe what is best for your knees. He may have you do physical therapy for certain strengthening, and or have you wear braces to support your knees, if you need them. He will also have you wear good tennis shoes for what you are doing too.

When you have that much pain and it lasts that long, you need to see what is wrong first.

Get it checked out by a doctor maybe an X-ray or MRI. It will at least give you piece of mind it may just need rest or some cortisone.

See the doctor and they can see if you're causing any permanent damage to your knees...in the meantime, use ice packs for 10 minutes and take an Advil (if you're not allergic).

Wear knee supports...like ace bandages but are whole and slip on over the knee. Ice them down after you are finished...and consider another sport if this continues.

I would concentrate on my education if I were you. Quite frankly, dearie, you sound rather intellectually challenged. May be you should stop whoring and start studying, huh?
