Okay I got me a new graphics card for my pc the other day because my old one was no longer supported by the types of games I play. I got a nice brand that is compatible but I've yet to install it. Here is my question....will I loose my save game data when I insert the new grahics card and take out the old one?

No you will not. The data, like saved games, is on the computer's hard drive, not the video card. So changing the video card will not take anything off your computer.
