How/where do i promote my website?

My website relates to divorce and the affects on children. I really want people to check it out and become aware of the issue. I am also trying to make social change so i want people to post their stories and give advice. where can i find people interested in visiting??

set up your meta tags so that when some searches your subject via some search engine, they will come across your website.

well i know you can send your website to google.com for example so if people search those terms your website might turn up
