Ebay have a list of prohibited items.
The policy on DVD-R is in the source link.
It says you can only sell DVD-R if it is blank.

No all copied DVDs should only be back ups

Not without permission fromthe owner if it's copyrighted. That would include almost all movies, sports events, and TV shows. It would be like photcopying a book and selling it for example.

Absolutly not. i'd be very annoyed indeed, as i'm sure you would be too, if i purchased what i thought was a origional dvd on ebay only to find that it was a copy.

No, you will get busted in a minute. Read their listing rules and you will see that.

no..... you have to have the liscence from whoever published the original DVD - and im guessing that would cost you well over six figures... and im also guessing you aint got that liscence.... steer clear... its a dangerous game!

ebay are such spoil sports ... they even wont let you say the word "Backed Up" anymore.... if you want any DVD's or CD's let me know ...
P.S.. i still have 2 tickets for the Concert for Diana...

yes you can sell them...

but you'll probably wind up in jail..

just sell them on the subway like everyone else.
