Do you know of any FREEEEEEE programs out there that will repair things on the computer. I'm trying new antiviruses but if that isn't the problem then maybe something else is. What can I do?

I want a computer repair such as machanic not an anti spy. Everything that I have run so far has said that there is no spyware and no viruses. The problem must be something else. I already have the programs that are listed in the answers so far.

Spybot, yahoo toolbar (which has anti spyware) - these would work well. You can also download counterspy and evaluate it 15 days for free.

It's better to use more than one program to check for any problems.
