Do it after a hot shower. Then your skin is clean and relaxed.
And maybe you should put on some soothing moisterizer afterwards... Like Nivea.

After you are done plucking, apply ice to soothe the area. But make sure you pluck gently first. rough plucking, yanking may lead to the skin area getting inflammed and thus sensitive, which results in a breakout.
You can alternatively swiftly pat the area just after plucking with the tip of your fingers. Either way, if you have sensitive skin, this is bound to happen.
avoid astringents and other chemicals as it may actually aggravate your problem if you do indeed have sensitive skin.

I think they are hair bumps instead of pimples and when you pull the hair it enlarges the hair bump making it more visible. They have little archers that women use to shave there eyebrows its the same product that the professionals use. Or you could go to a beauty supply store or a nail shop and get them done for as little as 5 dollars. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

The hairs under your skin are probably getting irritated. I don't think they are pimples, but instead they are some kind of rash. I would take a shower then put lotion on your eyebrows...after you are done plucking wash your face with warm water and then put lotion on again.

The red bumps are probably NOT acne - the small red bumps could be irritated hair follicles that can be caused by several things.
Make sure that your tweezers are sharp so that they properly grasp the hairs - otherwise the hair can break instead of being pulled out cleanly. This can result in an infection that manifests itself in the form of red bumps.
other tips...
Pull hair out in the direction of its growth.
Pluck them after you get out of the shower when skin is warm - this will also help reduce potential irritation.
Pluck only one hair at a time, pulling at a slight angle away from the skin whilst holding skin taught to ensure its full removal.
Use an alcohol wipe to clean the tweezers before and after to kill bacteria - and ditch the astringent on the eye area where skin is thin and easily irritated. For me, cutting back on harsh cleansers and toners full of alcohol and Salicylic acid and using more gentle products helped my skin's condition to improve.

You might have an allergic reaction to the was. I went through the same thing and would put alcohol on them with a cotton ball. Eventually the nail salon changed the wax they were using because too many people complained about breaking out. Good Luck!

maybe you can clean your eye brown "picker" or twisern(sorry, forgot what it called) with alchol first and wash your face first before plucking and then clean it with alchol. it might made your skin alittle dry but no big deal just that moment. hope it helps. just my 2 cents. good lucks.

don't use astrigent. harsh chemicels damage your skin. Instead, wash your face with a special face wash. No, that doesn't include hand soap!! lol
