Put it in y=mx+b form. Switch the 3y and 15 (don't forget to change the signs!
2x - 15 = -3y
Then, divide everything by -3.
-2/3x + 5 = y
y = -2/3x + 5
Remember, 5 is the y-intercept, and -2/3 is the slope. It's going down because of the negative slope. So on graphing paper, start at point (0,5), which is the y-intercept, and make a dot. Then, go down 2 and 3 to the right and make another dot. Or, go up 2, and 3 to the left and make a dot. You only need two points; after that, just get a straightedge (ruler) and connect the two dots with a line. I hope this helps!

Do you know the slope-intercept form? (y=mx+b) If yes, then you should be able to figure it out.

In this case, the solution should be like this:

2x + 3y =15
-2x -2x

3y = 15 - 2x

Divide all from the above equation by three, then you get this:

y = -2/3x + 5 =)

ok, first subtract 2x from each side : 3y= -2x + 15

then devide by 3: y = (-2/3)x + 5

stick that in yur calc, or graph it or whatever, cuz thats the finished equation
