Help!! I am 13, and all my friends have GTA: San Andreas. I have gone to You Tube to see some gameplay, and it's really fun to play and also to go online with other players. My mom won't let me have GTA, because she thinks there is too much gore in it. She lets me have Halo 2, which is also rated M, because she thinks that it doesn't have as much blood as GTA. Thats not true! I've seen it at my friends' house! She also thinks theres "sex" in it. Yes, there is, but you just see the car shaking, and nothing else! How should I convince my mom, and PROVE to her, to allow me to buy this game? I do not want to hear anyone say to me "But you are too young to play this game! Why don't you try playing Chibi Robo???" Please... I want a REAL ANSWER.

Ok... I was in the same situation with Resident Evil 4 on my Gamecube. It took alot of begging and negotiating but I managed to get it. Tell your Mom that it'll be worth your Birthday present (if you're really desperate, throw in Christmas Present too)
Ans ask your parents these questions that may help
"How old were YOU when you bought your first M game?"
"What treachery can come out of a innocent M game?"
" I'm 13, I won't go into schools shooting people, only douches do that!"
If all else somehow fails, resort to tantrums, nagging, constant begging etc. If you don't succeed, respect your mom's decision, she's wiser and knows what's good for you. ...............
Screw it, wait a few months and then repeat all techniques again.Good luck

Tell Her Your Responsible Enough To Have An M Rated Game Like GTA Because You Know You Won't Do Anything That The Game Has And That You Will Have Lots Of Fun Playing With Friends.. Plus That The Blood Isn't Real.. Try Stuff Out... Tell Her You Will Avoid The Sex Scenes And That They Fixed Some In The *Special Edition*

UH.. You may not want to hear this, but your mom is much older and wiser than you. She knows what she's talking about, even though you may think otherwise.
When you said "I do not want to hear anyone say to me 'But you are too young to play this game!'". It's obvious that you are obviously 'not ready' for the game if you can't hear both sides of the arguement (hers and yours). <--- major sign of maturity
I won't suggest you get GTA, cuz I'm 16, I've played it, and it wasn't fun. It's not much of a game. And it is very violent (with splatters of blood here and there), it's not my taste. I wouldn't buy it for my kids if I had any. But if you really want it, just tell her that you think you're ready, and find ways to proove it to her.
Tell her this:
"GTA is a game about a brave cop who's cracking down on the bad drug dealers, and gangsters .In the game, you are rewarded for good deeds, and penalized by doing bad things.. and that the game, GTA, in no way, shape, or form, will ever mess with my psyche (sp?) or sense of morality."
Word for word. She'll probably think you 're full of sh*t. Or she will believe you and let you buy the game. (but secretly will play when your sleeping, run over a few old ladies and kill a hooker), then you'll be in big trouble for lying.

i might want to keep reinforcing that what you want about the game isn't the violence (note: this may require mendacity, haha)! tell her you extremely like the adventure factors, the cool city-pics, etc. also, keep telling her "you may have self assurance me...i'm mature sufficient now..." etc. strong success, and if it would not artwork, merely wait till you're eighteen. There are a lot of different a lot less-violent video games that are staggering! reflect's aspect, for instance.
