I can't find anything on the internet for this subject at all so any help would be GREATLY appreciated

go to wiki how
if u mean one of the swirly thingys in the water then
use two soda or water bottles.
fill one 75% with water
put the other one upside down on top to the other bottle (nozzle to nozzle)
then tape together.
to use, flip the two bottles and shake in a circular motion so that the wate goes through the nozzle like a little whirl pool.

You can create one in your sink. All you need is a container of water, with an opening at the bottom. The more water you have, the easier it is to see the "whirlpool" effect, but it'll be there on any scale.

There used be product for this. I don't know if it exists anymore, but it was a double female coupling with a small hole in the center. You fill one 2ltr bottle 1/2 full screw the coupling on and screw another 2 ltr bottle on top. then flip and turn in a spiral motion.
