I'd say PC for sure. I'm a front end web developer and I wouldn't want to have to put a Windows emulator on a mac to code stuff for a PC. That would slow it down so much! And you'd definitely need one, because the internet audience is primarily on PC, and if you developed on a mac you wouldn't be able to test it on the machine that most of your audience uses, a PC, without putting on a Windows emulator. Some web developers at my company use Macs so I know it is possible, but they are suffering because some of the normal software that is used is not supported. Their machine is prettier though! ;-D

Both Mac and PC can run Adobe programs (web designer tools). So I think that the difference is not the operating system, but the speed, the reliability and the price you have to pay for this.

PC is the way to go. my reasons are
1) you can test things like right click (Macs..do they have those?)
2) Apache, IIS, ASP and PHP run on Windows platforms (to the best of my knowledge)
3) Most people use a PC and Internet Explorer
4) I hate Macs

there are a approach of loose internet construction utilities obtainable than can help you. What you're asking is composed of a good number of coding and seen consequences modifying. And once you're a technophobe, you're perfect off attempting to get somebody else that could help you or use a loose pre-equipped internet web site.
