This would have to be my first time drawing Chii. It started with an eye and just kept going from there. If you could just tell me what you think about it. What can I improve in , What do you think about it.

That's a nice Manga sketch. The proper coloring could really make it "pop". Take a look a some of the manga stuff on Devaintart.com for some ideas. Never underestimate the effect that shading and highlights have. Great start keep up the good work.

It's pretty good. The hair and and shading is ok. I think a little more detail in the facial features as well as a background would add a lot.

That's really good. (I could never do that...) Really.
The only thing that I would mention is that the eye kind of caves in, and that isn't realistic, even for anime/manga. :D
Oh! And some of the lines are darker than others, but that's okay.

I was wondering if you drew this with reference.
It's pretty good.
I think her nose looks a bit off though, just slightly.
If you want to make it look better, I suggest you try shading it.
