There's a forum there that you canfind the answers to a lot of your questions, plus a section that will help you with codes and scripts. It's where I've been going to learn that kind of thing.
I'd try and help you out more, but I don't really know specifically what you need help with, and I'm not to great at it yet myself.

thomas for myspace works ok- be aware of putting to much of sexy pics out there y a know.. adobe has a help menu to learn about would take me all night to explain..
