You can get it from LimeWire. It's free and legal but make sure tha your computer has good protection agianst viruses and I would scan everything that you download with AVG Free or something like that. You can get LimeWire from www.limewire.com.

download emule at www.emule.com or www.bearshare.com, personally i think emule is alot easier
