I have a 30 gig and the music works fine and everything esle does...but if i put music videos on theres no sound...can you Help?

If you legally downloaded the video from iTunes store then there is something wrong with your ipod itself. If you tried to convert your own files, then the software that you used to convert is not doing its job.
Try some other software for converting it.

when you convert the vid you aren't clicking to include the audio *i did the same thing once*
