You can go for any office based setting where you don't have calls or emergencies. Dermatology is a good field. Pay is amazing! Pathology is also good. Infectious diseases, endocrinology are predominantly office based. You do get some hospital calls but, you wont have to run to the patient in the middle of the night.
There are primary care physicians also who practice exclusively in office. The patients are cared for by hospitalists when they get admitted. Hence all pay no calls. In this case, internal medicine and family practice are good too.

I do love my existence, yet I continuously concept my existence could entail me travelling in a foreign country and spending my days skydiving, or being a professional athlete. I even have travelled somewhat a lot interior the previous, yet i'm not longer waiting to. My targets of being a professional athlete have been shattered through harm, and travelling is out of the question for quite a few motives. i don't care a lot with reference to the travelling as much as I do my athletic profession-- that replaced into my dream. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, I form of think of this is a sturdy factor, through fact i've got developed a superb better hobby for the humanities, to boot as for regulation-- and specially, i've got developed an appreciation for existence-- incredibly my own. in spite of each and every thing I even have persisted, and proceed to bear, I actually have a damn good existence, and that i don't plan to lose a 2nd of it on self-pity. So in fact, that replaced into the existence I -concept- that I desperately wanted to stay. Now i be attentive to that i don't. My existence isn't appropriate, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that this is completely appropriate for me. :) ?
