People in DC elect a mayor, a delegate to the US House of Representatives who is ~not~ entitled to vote on bills but may participate in debates, and cast ballots for president. They have no representation in the Senate.

They couldn't until 1961. It IS true, however, that they don't have any voting representation in Congress.

no, people in dc have equal right to vote. they just have to pay higher taxes for government for very very stupid reason
