After Effect Help?

I have create a video but its fast. Is it any way I can make it longer without recreating it. Its 10 sec long I know I can make that bigger but wat about the layer and keyframes. Please Help. I am shooting it to be 20 sec is there any way sec frame can be twinces.

Try add some test b4 and end of video.. after effect should have some preset animated text... make use of it..
At the beginning also can add a countdown and color bar.. if u have adobe premier...
