A reasonable person will say DEAD. Any other answer is ridiculous. If he were punished, he would be alive to have learned or not learned from his evil, and if he were murdered, he would be innocent of the murder's he committed.

He was executed by the people of Iraq,the video would of been better if they put him through a human shredder feet 1st like he did to so many Kurds!Hec~ he only killed over 180 thousand people and a bunch were his own country men.

He was punished(but not for 9/11, Iraq had nothing to do with it), but it should have been Osama Bin Laden. We wasted so much time on Saddam that we may never find OBL, was it worth 3000+ troops lives? I don't think so.

Are you kidding? He was punished after being found guilty by what was probably the most fair trial in Iraqi history. (Yes, I know that's a very low standard).
