i say cingular because they come up with some good plans

Cingular (Their plans are good and they have rollover)
Sprint (I think they have the best phones)
verizon (Its said that they have the best signal)
I have both Cingular & Sprint but i like sprint more but their customer service is the worst!

Cingular is good because of the plans but Verizon is good if you travel alot like in mountain areas near you or traveling.

Alltel. Their national coverage plan reaches EVERYWHERE. You'll get weak signals between towers, but other than that, it's awesome. Alltel, instead of building their own towers, rents from all of the other cell companies. Giving you the best possible coverage. From when I was looking for a cell phone, they are also the cheapest, and have the best customer service i've ever experienced.

I would have to say Verizon because they have good phones, and they have awesome coverage. I never lose any of my calls.
