You have to really listen to what your mind and body are trying to tell you. Do you usually feel good the majority of the time? Is this recent "not feeling good" just happening lately in an on and off type of way or steadily for days or weeks at a time? I don't know your age because this would really indicate how serious your "not feeling good" is. If you're in your early teens, it may just be hormonal changes. We go through changes in our inner feelings at many stages in our lives, but, "not feeling good" for no particular reason, is not something to be ignored. Unless you've experienced a recent loss of someone important in your life in some way, or loss of a job, or moving to a new environment which you're having trouble adjusting to, is one thing, but just "not feeling good" for no known reason can be an indication of a chemical imbalance or poor nutrition or some other problem with your physical health that should be checked out by your doctor. Don't let this feeling go on for too long. The reason should be found. And you won't solve this until you search for the reason why you don't feel good. There is a simple problem that many people get in the winter months due to the lowered levels of daily sunlight. This causes a syndrome called SAD, seasonal affective disorder. And the solution is a simple full spectrum light lamp that one sits under for a few minutes each day and it chases away the feeling of the "blues". But it does sound like you should see your doctor. I get the feeling you are referring to a non-specific floating feeling of the blues, which is not good, left unchecked. You will suffer needlessly and there is help out there. Medically or otherwise. You didn't specify enough around your circumstances, but I'm guessing you have something that must be looked at from a medical viewpoint. Good luck! Of course, good friends help a lot too. I hope you have good people around you, to whom you can talk to. But do seek someone's help to help yourself. Your answer lies somewhere, but you must pursue it to find it! Take care, your fellow human beings are all concerned for your happiness!

i hope you feel better, this is a new year with great possibilities. Whatever has you down you and only you have to shake it off. I don't know if you believe in God, But you are made in his image and god is incredible, so that makes you wonderful too. Don't allow your situation, or circumstances to control how your story is. It's not what happens to us, it's how we react and deal with what happening or has happened to us. Remember you are wonderfully made in God's image! And life is like a circle what goes around comes around, if things seem dim or bleak now. Remember your brighter day is right ahead of you. Never give up think positive, you are a smart, beautiful, person. Start looking in the mirror and reminding yourself of that fact! I'm telling you 2007 can and will be your best year ever, just know it, believe it, say it, and start doing things to improve what ever area of your life needs it. And do things for you about you. Whenever possible, listen to music, exercise, meet new people, dump negative friends, take numerous bubble baths, relax, try yoga, get a pet, go to church, paint your apartment or home at least your bedroom and make it a cheerful color, read some motivational books, volunteer at a hospital - maybe in the neonatal unit? take a trip, whatever you do, encourage yourself . And things are going to get better! Good luck

We've all been there, & I agree with "Star"'s post "this too shall pass" It's great that you acknowledge how you feel (so many people don't until they have a beakdown & then wonder why...) so just hang in there & if you need additional help make sure to get some (doctor, friend, pastor, etc.) Take Care! : )

Life, does that to us, a moment of unhappiness, means that you need to focus again in the simple things of life. Focus on the good that you do, watch funny things, movies, read do something that will bring you out from your depression, seek a path to happiness, I do understand it is a hard path to follow, but when you do, your life will be again enlighten.

I just wanted to say that you're gonna make it. An old saying that my great-aunt used to say is " This too shall pass."

Believe me, it will pass and you'll be feeling better in no time and you are well loved........
