Hi i play zelda twilight prnicess and it says go east after i finish forest temple where i go

In sounds like you are playing the Cube version...Remember where you got the lanturn? Head over there and keep going till you're out of the forest. Then head east until you hit a doorway to the Twilight Realm. If it is the Wii version, however, head west.
