One other thing you might check is to see if any water pipes run in the immediate area. Sometimes the duct will cause water pipes nearby to create condensation. If it's in a bathroom ensure your using the exhaust fan when taking hot showers

. Is your ceiling heat vent in your attic open to the cold weather that is in your attic?. You maybe getting condensation from the hot and cold air that is coming from the heat vent . You may have to insulate the duck work that's in the attic.
