Well my pathetic blinds don't hide anything...they are those wide spaced wood ones, I cant close it at all...

Depends on SEVERAL factors. Like:
Do you live on a busy street?
How OFTEN are you nekkid?
Is there a sidewalk within viewing distance?
(since your room is in the basement) Do you leave the lights on?
And now the BIGGEST, Do you WANT ppl to look?

if you are naked in your room with the blinds open on a fairly regular basis i'd say the odds that somebody is watching are near 100%

That is impossible to tell without more info, such as are you over 21, what time exactly you get naked and can I (I mean someone!) get a clear view with binoculars...

Depends how many neighbors you have and if you keep the lights on and the window and curtains open while you change. Think about it.

I have new blinds and just noticed you can see in my room at night if the light is on.

well if you 12 then my 40 yr old neighbor is probaly in your bushes with his viedo camera!! Yeah this guy was on that how to catch a predator on tv....sick.... and why are you naked by the way???
