ik this may be a stupid question but i really don't know...

Is an Italian word,however must be spelled only with one "n" which is "nuca".Meaning...nape, scruff.I don't have any more words for that.

as an acronym...it can stand for national upper cervical chiropractic association. Its a specialized chiropractic technique.
