I Need Help With My PsP?

I got a psp for christmas and i cant figure out how to put them on i have limewire and downloded movies just cant figure out how to put it on THX who ever helps me

google and download "PSP Video 9"

fyi: your movie files from limewire will be in your shared folder when your looking for them to convert them with psp video 9
