No, there is no way to fish in Sylvane Lake. The only place in Millsberry where you can fish is Peabody Park Pond.
You can, however, spot Sylvie in Sylvane Lake. She's out 3 times per day and if you spot her and click on her she gives you a prize. Sometimes it's not so great like a seaweed covered hat but sometimes it's something very cool like a Sylvie Beach ball.
To spot sylvie the things I can tell you are these:
a. She is out for 1 hour daily between 7am and 12pm EST.
b. She's out again 5 hours after the initial appearance (between 12pm and 5pm).
c. She's also out for 1 hour every evening but that seems to be random - there doesn't seem to be a time pattern for that.
d. When she's out she's always out for an entire hour and it always starts on the 00. So she's not out from 8:11 EST to 9:11 EST, it's always 8:00 EST to 9:00 EST (for example)
And given that Millsberry has been around for only 2 1/2 years I'm guessing that one of the other answerers of this question is only 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 years old. I must say I'm quite impressed with his answer given his young age.

No, you can't fish in Sylvane lake. Although you can fish in Peabody Pond.

have not played Millsberry since I was Six years old ( Im not saying its a baby game ) and I dont think you can
