the gasket if you need it is part # 42072 - $5.90

sit on your phone and ask the local parts stores to help you and if they say "it's a dealer item"--------- then you know to go to the dealer to buy the cap ... good luck and hope this helps...((( Sit on the phone means to call and do less driving))
