If you don't have electricity you can't have running water unless you live by a river. Rather lose the electricity

I'd keep the running water and lose the electricity, if I had to choose.
We just had a major power outage here and everyone was fine for up to a week and half without power. Without running water, it'd be horribly stinky and inconvenient. Lots of dirty people and dishes.

well I would have to say running water. You can buy water to drink and you can boil water to clean with.
Electricity you cannot bottle up and carry around.
Plus if you lost electricity you would lose running water anyway cause the pump wouldn't be able to work..LOL

Given the climate I live in. . .I would freeze to death without electricity.
I'd lose the running water. Keep electricity.

are you guys crazy. lose the water. i can go buy bottles of water for cooking, and drinking i can go to gym to take a shower or my friends house to do it. but i need my MTV and cartoon network, nick, nick, nick Nickelodeon and my air condition. if you are talking about during the middle ages or little house on the prairie time then i would lose the electricity.

I'd rather lose electricity. I don't want to lose access to my shower! ;) Besides, I have my ipod and laptop (well, as long as the battery lasts), and if I really need a tv I can bug my friends!
