No, you MOST LIKELY did NOT get her pregnant. Though stranger things have occurred.
My husband did that back when we were dating...we didn't have sex...he just got excited when we kissed.
However, if you're waiting....don't put yourself in temptation by being in boxers/panties. (I'm not saying you can't kiss.)
