I tunred it on to choose a song and it wont move or anything,I can't even move anything can anyone help me?

When this happens you can try pressing the big button in middle and the menu button or you can hook your ipod up to your computer and try resetting it or restoring it to factory settings.
If you restore it to factory settings you will lose all of your music.
Press the middle button and menu button for about ten seconds then try to start your ipod again. Also try to charge it and see if maybe the batteries have just run out.

go to an apple i store i know they have some in big cities. there is a thing called genius, where u put ur name on the computer , and there are geniuses at the store desk. they will help u when it's ur turn.

Take it to an Apple Store, they could fix it and know what was the cause so you can avoid it happening again. Good luck!

restart it press the menu nd then select button hold til it turns off

first turn it off then on if that doesnt work then plug it in to your computer
