i detail cars part time... the best thing to use is white vinegar mixed with water in a 50:50 ratio and blot it and rub it out... another VERY GOOD thing to use is the mr clean magic eraser.. as for the wd40 yes it can be used and it will work but this would not be my first choice and expically if its leather or vinal.. as for the hairspray i never use it because it has certin glues and chemicals in it that will deteriote the finish

use wd40 spray its made out of vegetable oil it will clean it wicked stuff can be used for thousands of things not just lubicating
