I am on my 29th week of pregnancy; I have had yellow collostrum leaking from my breasts for over a month now. Anyone else experiencing this early leakage?

I know it's nothing to be worried about and I use washable nursing pads; just curious how many others have experienced this.

Yeap, it is normal and a good thing! You will have that precious colostrum for you baby ready to go. Colostrum actually is in your breast by the 16th week of pregnancy. I wore nursing pads to keep my shirt from getting wet.

Yes, i started leaking around my 7 maybe late 7th month with my first child. i am now 24 weeks along with my second and leaking for abour 4 or 5 weeks already. I hate it, i don't want to already be wearing brestpads but I can't ruin my bras wither

That is something that just happens to some people. I would not worry about it unless it reached an excessive point. You may want to get some nursing pads, and make sure you dry your breasts good after you bathe or shower.

My daughter is nine months old now, but I was leaking colostrum and then actually expressing milk starting at 24 weeks gestation. It is annoying and you may have to wear breast pads to sleep, especially as you get closer to delivery. One night I woke up to a soaking bed and I was sure my water had broke. My poor husband was up running around until I used a pH strip to test my panties and then we discovered that it was not my amnio fluid, but my breast.

Oh yes, I've had 4 kids, and leaked with every one. and if you are prone to leakage, it will only get worse :)
Plan on wearing 2 bras with toiletpaper stuffed in front of the nipples at the end.

Oh i had fun with that. Yes mine started leaking early in the pregnancy. My sisters did to. Don't worry its normal!

Yes, it's totally normal. I experienced the same thing when I was about 23 weeks along!!

omg-some of the people that answer in her, sheesh.
but anyway-
mine started at 22 weeks, it's just the clear stuff though, not colostrum--the colostrum doesnt start until right before you go into labor.
It's totally normal though & it means your body is doing everything 'right'

Yes I had that with my daughter. Have to be very watchful of it while out in public lol, or make sure you always have a jacket on.
