Now that I have the new Internet Explorer, there is no "File", "Edit", etc. toolbar.

Yeah that stupid new ie. I'd just use the keyboard shortcut
(ctrl+ h)

go to tools and then hit toolbars and then click history

click on "My Computer" on your desktop, goto "c: > documents & settings", find the name you use to login, goto "cookies". Every site you have previously visited will leave a cookies file in this folder unless you delete it or clear it with your browser option.
