Well her being caucasian shouldn't matter. The child support money can go to anything that she chooses, unless you can say in the court that she does not care for the child. The court is the only one who can say that she is abusing the money. Sorry about that.

Your child support is to be used for your baby (food, clothing, medicine, shelter, utilities, etc.) not for a new bf. If you can prove this, then talk to you attorney and she can be held accountable by the courts for how your money is spent. Like she will have to show receipts of how the money was spent.

Shouldn't of got a cockasian in the first place, and now you know why. You should be more worried that she has some other dude around your baby and that she's enough of a chump to buy some spinners for her new n*gga.

by law you can't dictate what she uses the money for.i don't like it either,but no recourse of action.
but on the other hand,if you take matters into your own hands,you will be the bad guy....sukks @ss,but i deal with this all the time!good luck and always hold your head up,the child will know who the better person is when he/she gets older.

Call your child support worker or the person who's handling your case. Hopefully you have proof.
